Central Kansas Partnership |
The Central Kansas Partnership
is a prevention planning group of
parents, professionals and concerned citizens from Barton,
Pawnee, Rice, Stafford, and Rice Counties.
Mission:
To join in a common
effort to build healthy and safe communities, reduce the risks
of Alcohol, Tobacco and other drugs, and promote healthy
attitudes and behaviors.

LEAD (Barton County) – Leadership, Education, and Action Against
Drugs – For the past 18 years, LEAD partners have worked
to educate all residents and prevent alcohol, tobacco and other
drug use among youth. Special projects have focused on
pregnant teens and the prevention of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome,
tobacco use prevention and education activities for World No
Tobacco Day, Red Ribbon Day activities, Back to School Drug
Prevention Education and alternative activities for middle
school and high school students and
