Noxious Weed is a State-mandated program
that controls and eradicates noxious weeds.
The State Board of Agriculture supervises the program and
approves the appointment of the Director.
The Director determines the extent of infestation and
devises methods of eradication on both public and private lands.
Chemicals used on private lands are eligible for “Cost
Share” pricing.
