| Resolution 2000-12,
adopted concurrently with Resolution 2000-01 of the Barton County
Planning Board on June 19, 2000, provides for the Barton County zoning
regulations. In general, the zoning regulations provide for uniform growth in the unincorporated areas of the County.
That action was followed by the adoption of Resolution
2000-13, defining the subdivision regulations
for the County.
