A Conference Room is available for use in the Courthouse for non-profit organizations. Generally, the room can only be used during regular office hours, with County business having first priority. After-hours use can only be scheduled with a County sponsor. Also, the Courthouse Lobby can be booked for bake sales and other similar uses through the Facilities Management staff.

Email has become a regular means of communication. While the County urges you to contact officials with questions, Open Records Requests should be made via the telephone or in person. We ask that citizens remember that email is normally monitored during regular office hours. However, training and other scheduled events often take personnel away from immediate access to their email accounts.
