Physical examination, lead screening, nutritional counseling, and immunizations are all provided to children of Barton County who are financially eligible.

Clinic services are for children from birth through high school meeting income guidelines.

Services include:

• Well Child physical examination up to age 6

• Immunizations

• Nutrition counseling

• Referrals to other services

• WIC certification

• KAN Be Healthy Exam as required by Medicaid

Parent or guardian must be present at clinic appointments, unless prior arrangements are made.
