Hoisington Activity Center

      This community activity center is handicapped accessible and features a 2000 seat gym, public walking area around the gym, concession and commons area, public racquetball court, exercise room, wellness center, crafts room, lockers, and dressing rooms.  This project funded  by USD 431 has the high school weight room and wrestling practice room located on the lower level along with the team locker rooms, training area, and laundry facilities.  The center is open Monday through Friday, 6 am to 10 pm, Saturdays, 8 am to 5 pm, and Sundays 1 pm to 5 pm.  The Hoisington Recreation Commission is in charge of building scheduling and may be contacted at 653-4050 for availability as well as a listing of charges and classes currently scheduled.
