REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – County Counselor, Barton County, Kansas – Barton County is accepting proposals for County Counselor/legal services to be provided for Barton County. Under the proposal, Offeror is to provide legal services as required by K.S.A. 19-247. Specifically excluded are the duties of the County Attorney. Sealed Proposals, clearly marked Sealed Proposal for County Counselor, must be received by noon, December 1, 2017, in the Office of the Barton County Clerk, 1400 Main – Room 202, Great Bend, Kansas, 67530.
