Fire District No. 1 is accepting proposals to construct one steel building in Claflin, Kansas. Work includes site preparation, concrete work, buildings, electrical and heating. Download the complete Request for Proposal. Bids are to be submitted to the Barton County Clerk, 1400 Main St. Room 202, Great Bend, Kansas, 67530 by 3:00 p.m., May 21, 2018. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “2018 Claflin Fire District #1 Building Proposal”. The Fire District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
