REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – County Counselor, Barton County, Kansas – Barton County is accepting proposals for County Counselor/legal services to be provided for Barton County. Under the proposal, Offeror is to provide legal services as required by K.S.A. 19-247. Specifically excluded are the duties of the County Attorney. Sealed Proposals, clearly marked Sealed Proposal for County Counselor, must be received by 2:00 p.m., November 26, 2018, in the Office of the Barton County Clerk, 1400 Main – Room 202, Great Bend, Kansas, 67530.
