Public Hearing for Cable Television Resolution
Barton County, Kansas, will hold a Public Hearing prior to considering adoption of a Resolution granting another 10-year non-exclusive franchise to Cox Communications Kansas, LLC, its successors and assigns to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system within the County of Barton, Kansas. The public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 3, 2019, in the Commission Chambers, 1400 Main St. Room 106, Great Bend, Kansas. The proposed Resolution can be viewed in its entirety or downloaded.
