Appraiser's Office Fee Schedule
Information Requests:
The Kansas open records act authorizes public agencies to charge fees for providing access to or furnishing copies of public records.
This fee may be requested in advance and may include:
• Cost of staff time required to make the information available.
• Cost of copying or reproducing the record.

| Fax Charge | $0.50 per page |
| Email Charge (PRC’s or other documents) | $0.50 per page |
| Color Copies | $1.00 per page |
Query Reports:
Standard Query Report (plus copy charge per page) $5.00
(Standard Query - County has already created the template)
Custom Query Report $10.00
Results will be formatted to 1 page width where possible and pages results will be charged as follows: $0.50/page for first 20 pages then remainder of result pages at $0.25/page.
Staff Time:
Staff/Print Time per Hour Varies
Minimum Staff Time Cost (for time less than 1 hr.) $15.00
Note: Staff Time charges will apply to requests where more than 15 minutes of staff time would be required to fulfill the request.
** The Open Records form needs to be signed when owner information is requested.
