Barton County Nuisance Code
The purpose of the Barton County Nuisance Code is to provide for the abatement of nuisances, to include inoperable vehicles, structures which have become dilapidated or deteriorated, salvage material, garbage, weeds and other noxious vegetation.
Those persons found to violate the well being, health or safety of others through the collection of nuisances upon private property, shall be penalized for their actions through the County system.
