Immunizations for Children Birth through 6 years Old: By Age

Immunizations for Children Birth through 6 years Old: By Age - Spanish

Immunization Schedule for Preteens and Teens 7-18 Years

Immunization Schedule for Preteens and Teens 7-18 Years - SPANISH

 
Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis: 5 doses of vaccine by  Kindergarten
 
Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis Booster (TDaP):   At age 11-12
 

Polio: 4 doses of vaccine

MMR:  2 doses of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccine

Varicella:  2 doses of vaccine to prevent chickenpox

Hepatitis B: 3 doses of vaccine

Hepatitis A:  2 doses required for children less than 5 yrs of age in early childhood programs

INFLUENZA Recommendation from CDC: Children between 6 months of age and 18 years should receive the annual influenza vaccine to prevent influenza and its complications, unless contraindicated.
* A tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster is necessary on entrance to high school, depending on when the last dose was received.
