The property being auctioned was seized during a large drug operation "Operation Snowplow".

Section 23, Township 19, Range 13 West, Barton County, Kansas, by metes and bounds described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence North a distance of 531 feet to a point; thence East a distance of 485 feet; thence North a distance of 289 feet; thence West a distance of 485 feet; thence South a distance of 289 feet to the place of beginning, Approximately 3.2 acres.
The above described real estate is taken as directed by said Journal Entry of Forfeiture, to be sold and will be sold, without appraisement, to satisfy said Journal Entry of Forfeiture. The legal purchaser of the above described real estate shall receive a valid Sheriff's deed. However, all sales made through the Sheriff's Auction are FINAL AND MADE WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS."
