Deeds, Oil and Gas Leases, Conveyances, Notices, Etc.
$21.00 for the 1st page and $17.00 for each additional page, printing on the front and back of one sheet of paper is considered 2-pages. i.e., a 12-page document would have a $208.00 recording fee. These fees are per document to be recorded.
Releases of Mortgages and Assignments of Mortgages
$20.00 for the 1st page and $4.00 for each additional page, printing on the front and back of one sheet of paper is considered 2-pages. i.e., a 4-page release of mortgage would have a $32.00 recording fee. These fees are per document to be recorded.
If you are releasing several mortgages on one release the fees are calculated at the $20.00 for the first page and $4.00 for each additional page. However, you would then have an additional $16.00 for each additional mortgage being released. i.e., a 4-page release of mortgage releasing 2 mortgages would have a $48.00 recording fee. Again, these fees are per document to be recorded.
