Bridge Replacement Project
Work set to begin on bridge replacement project on East Barton County Road east of Great Bend
L&M Contractors, Inc. of Great Bend plans to begin work on Tuesday, Oct. 10th, for the replacement of a bridge on East Barton County Road. The bridge over Wet Walnut Creek is located approximately 1.25 miles east of Great Bend on the township road. The road will be barricaded at the bridge site, and advance signing and barricades will be set up to warn traffic of the road closure. The work is anticipated to take 5 to 6 months to complete.
